Matthew Stehly PMHP
Hi, I’m Matt Stehly (He/Him), PLMHP
I’m a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I graduated in 2025. I completed my internship at Kindred Psychology, where I had the privilege to support a diverse range of clients in a collaborative and affirming environment.
My approach is rooted in existential theory, which emphasizes concepts related to meaning, authenticity, and navigating uncertainties that come with being human. I also draw from solution-focused strategies to offer grounded, real-world support. My style is warm, person-centered, and friendly. I believe in clarity with compassion and pragmatic self-focus: naming things honestly and without shame while staying focused on what’s within your control.
Much of my experience has been with LGBTQ+ individuals and topics related to gender diversity. I have also frequently worked with individuals processing trauma, stress, anxiety, and challenges stemming from living in uncertain times. I am deeply committed to providing affirming care and creating a space for finding stability.
I believe therapy should be a space that fosters curiosity, cultivates connection, nurtures authenticity, and allows you to feel heard without judgment.
If you feel I might be a good fit, I’d be honored to work with you.

Diane McPherson.
I am a wife, mother of 4 and an Angel baby. I have a long-standing passion for fitness, having participated in various sports in my youth. After taking a break from fitness, I was inspired to make lifestyle changes when my mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis when I turned 30. This motivated me to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with the goal of helping others transform their lives through fitness and strength training.
I currently offer virtual training sessions in my home.

Vesper LaThary (she/her)
Hello! My name is Vepser LaThary ( rhymes with 'fair' - the 'y' is silent) LIMHP, LPC. I earned my Master's in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Nebraska–Omaha in 2024. For the last few years, I have worked in various community settings including Day Rehabilitation Programming and Inpatient Psychiatric Care, becoming well acquainted with the entire spectrum of mental health and working with clients from every walk of life.
My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, focusing on the importance of the stories we all tell, and taking control of our own stories. This blends well with ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques, psychodrama, internal family systems, and Analytical Psychology (a la Carl Jung). I try to create an open and affirming space to tell your story by remaining warm and compassionate with every client.

I have worked with a wide variety of people in my life, and look forward to continuing to help.
I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, heavily influenced by esoteric concepts like tarot, and a bit of a geek. I believe that therapy should be a space where people are free to be raw, unique, and unapologetically authentic. If you think I might be a good fit, I would be honored to walk with you in your journey.
